At BOMBEX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BOMBEX account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
